Policy on Shipping
In Bulk Custom Clothing we do everything to make sure orders are made available to you without any delays and in the right conditions. This Shipping Policy outlines the principles governing the performance of orders made on the site located at https://bulkcustomclothing.com.
- Order Processing
- All the orders we process, confirm and send over within [insert time, e.g., 2-3 business days] after payment is received.
- Orders are not processed, packed or shipped and delivered on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
- Every attempt will be made to honor the stated processing times, however, there are times during the peak season when there may be delays in processing due to large volumes of orders placed. In the event of any noticeable delays, the customers will be contacted through email.
- Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We have only two shipping methods.
- Standard Shipping: The delivery is usually expected in [insert time, e.g., 5-7 business days.]
- Express Shipping: The delivery is usually expected in [insert time, e.g., 2-3 business days.]
- The delivery time is also dependent on the addressed to and address.

- Delivery Locations
Currently, we ship to the following geographical locations:
- For USA: We ship only to Ireland and few others
- For International: Only limited countries available for shipping and they include, USA and others.

- Order Tracking
When the order is shipped, e-mail notification shall be sent to the customer containing the tracking number and other shipping details. You may track the parcel using the tracking number given through the website of the courier.
- Issues regarding Delivery
- Wrong Address: Check and correct everything in the provided shipping address. For packages that we cannot deliver to you, even when ordered, we do not take responsibility for those that have been misaddressed or poorly addressed hence cannot be delivered.
- Lost or Damaged Packages: For Loss or Damage of Package while on Transit, E-mail Us info@bulkcustomclothing.com please. We shall help you with the courier company on that matter. Go back to the Lost or Damaged Packages section.
- Missed Deliveries: in case of failed delivery the carrier may issue a card for the re-scheduling of the delivery. The customer may have to incur costs for trying to deliver the package unsuccessfully for a number of times.
- Custom Taxes and Duties
For all orders placed with BCC Worldwide:
- Clearing and forwarding fees, customs duties, taxes, and other charges are payable by the recipient.
- We will not be liable for any delay in the delivery of the Products or any part thereof, if such delay is due to the customs clearance of the Products.
