For the sake of our customers’ satisfaction, at Bulk Custom Clothing we have made a Return Policy. Should you not agree with the purchase you made, the provisions of this Policy provide for the return and exchange of goods purchased on the site https://bulkcustomclothing.com.
- Eligibility for Returns
Returned items must be delivered 14 days from the date of delivery unless otherwise specified. Such items must also:
- The items should be brand new and should include tags and packaging, must not have been worn or washed.
- Items that have been altered or made especially for you cannot be sent back unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.
- Return policies on sale or clear-out items may not be guaranteed unless stated.
- How Do I Make a Request for a Return?
In order to return a product, please send an email to our valued customers at info@bulkcustomclothing.com providing the following information:
- Your specific order number.
- A brief explanation of the problem.
- Pictures of the items in question, depending on the case (e.g. wrong item sent or item damaged in transit).
- Upon assessing your concern, appropriate action will be given and you will receive an update.
- Return Process
- Upon confirmation of your return, a label for the shipping of the item back or orientation on how to send the item will be provided by the company.
- Please make sure to wrap the item properly in order to avoid any damages during the return shipment.

- Refunds

The following items are final sale and cannot be processed for exchange or return:
- Bespoke items.
- Virtual money.
- Stocks clearance items.
- Broken or Faulty Goods
Should you receive any products that are broken or defective, please reach out to us right away by sending an email at info@bulkcustomclothing.com with any relevant photographs and a detailed account of the problem. Replacement or refund will be organized in due time.
- Return Shipping Costs
- In case of returns for customer’s choice (for example when the wrong size was bought), the return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.
- When the item is returned because of our mistake (defective item, wrong item sent), we will take care of the return postage.
- International Returns
With respect to overseas purchases, all return shipping costs as well as charges incurred in the form of customs tariff related to return will be borne by the customer.
